As the IT Manager at the United Nations' Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Economic Analysis and Policy Division, I lead and oversee IT projects and services aligned with the division's mission and objectives. With over 13 years of diverse IT experience, I've held roles as an IT manager, developer, business analyst, and consultant, serving various organizations and clients. My expertise encompasses various domains, including data analytics, web development, database design, and programming, as well as IT service management, technical writing, and user support. In addition to multiple certifications, I hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in program evaluation and data analytics at Arizona State University (ASU). My true passion lies in leveraging technology and data to address complex challenges and drive positive outcomes.
